ERASMUS POLICY STATEMENT 2014-2020

The Conservatory of Music “F.Torrefranca” of Vibo Valentia is an institution of Higher Education Musical determined to implement projects and educational programs highly innovative and in line with the objectives of the Program and the Strategy of modernization of higher education systems in Europe.

The Institution in the coming years is to promote the development of knowledge and creativity through music the free exercise of teaching, study, research, artistic production, guaranteeing the right of students to appropriate training to their social and professional promote the right to education, helping to remove every obstacle to substantive equality of opportunity fighting all forms of discrimination, to promote language learning and linguistic diversity; promote and develop synergies with organizations and public and private organizations to get support logistical and financial support in the implementation of joint educational and research institutions, to the updating of its teaching and administrative staff to ensure maximum efficiency in the various sectors (administrative, communication and advertising); encourage and facilitate the mobility of students and teachers for an intense participation in future projects Erasmus promote the development of innovative ICT-based content, services, pedagogies and practice for innovative ICT-based organizing and creating joint study programs with other European and non-European universities in order to get a professional international recognition and validity.
